As I am a busy mum of 2 little ones, I won't always be able to message straight back but I will get in contact with you as soon as I can. xx
SHIPPING POLICY
I use Australia Post for my domestic and international shipping.
I will always send a copy of the tracking number to you as soon as your parcel is on its way!
I aim to have my items dispatched as soon as possible within 1-3 business days.
Actual postage delivery times however, are beyond my control and can often take longer than expected. Even with their express service, Australia Post currently will not guarantee next day delivery. Please let me know if your items are required for a specific date and we can discuss your delivery options.
RETURN POLICY
At Enchanting Crown Co., every piece is crafted with care, attention to detail, and a sprinkle of enchantment. We want you to love your headpiece as much as we loved creating it. Please take a moment to review our return and exchange policy before placing your order.
Ready-to-Ship Items
We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. For ready-to-ship designs (items that are not customised or made to order), we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.

You must contact lindsay@enchantingcrownco.com.au within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorisation and return label.

Once approved, please return the item within 7 days using the shipping label provided.
Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Each custom or made-to-order piece is handcrafted specifically for you, often incorporating personalised elements, colours, or materials. For this reason, custom orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If you have any concerns, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll assess the situation and offer a suitable solution such as repair, replacement, or refund if necessary.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun. Once work has started, materials are allocated and preparation is underway, and the order can no longer be cancelled.
